Service Payment
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Insurance Claims
For insurance-covered repairs, your responsibility is limited to your deductible and any non-covered items per your policy. We will work with your insurance provider to determine coverage.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. If you experience issues directly related to our service within 30 days, please contact us. We will inspect the work and address any legitimate concerns at no additional cost.
Parts and Materials
All parts and materials used in our service are quality products. Once installed, parts cannot be returned. If there is a defect with a part, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, we may charge a small fee.
