Service Agreement
By using the services of Raymond Smith Body Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services include auto glass replacement, repair, and related automotive services performed at our facility or mobile locations.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on actual parts needed, labor time, and any additional repairs discovered during service. We will always communicate any changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods. For insurance claims, we will work with your provider; any remaining balance is due from you according to the terms of your policy.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Our auto glass installations include a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or subsequent damage from other sources. Specific warranty terms are provided with each service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and disclosing any known damage or issues. Please remove personal items from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
